You agree to use our Services lawfully and not for any fraudulent or prohibited purposes. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services if we believe your request violates any law, regulation, or our internal policies.
Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and complete information;
- Responding to our requests in a timely manner;
- Ensuring that all documents you provide are authentic and complete.
- We are not liable for delays or errors caused by missing, inaccurate, or late information from your side.
Fees and Payment
All service fees are displayed on our website or shared with you in writing. Payment must be made in full before we begin processing your order, unless otherwise agreed. Prices exclude GST and disbursements, which will be billed separately where applicable.
Additional charges may apply for urgent requests, third-party fees, or extra work outside the original scope. You agree to pay such amounts upon notification.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
You may cancel services before we begin processing them. Refunds for prepaid services will be considered on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to administrative fees or deductions for costs incurred.
No refunds will be given if:

Intellectual Property
All content and deliverables produced by AcraBiz remain our property unless otherwise agreed. You are granted a non-exclusive license to use the materials strictly for the purpose they were delivered.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the total amount of fees paid by you for the service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Termination
We may terminate services at any time due to breach of these Terms, insolvency, security concerns, or compliance risks. Upon termination:
- All unpaid amounts become immediately due;
- You may request a data handover (at your cost);
- No refunds apply unless stated above.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. In case of disputes, parties agree to resolve them first via mediation through the Singapore Mediation Centre. If unresolved, disputes will be settled through arbitration at the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC).
Miscellaneous
These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.
- No waiver of rights unless stated in writing.
- If any clause is invalid, the remainder still applies.
- No third-party shall have rights under these Terms.
